Credit Card Security
Your card information is processed by a secure third-party RBS Worldpay & PayPal and is subject to the highest level of security. We do not hold your card details on our website. Please contact us FIRST before returning items for whatever reason - we can often make this
process easier for you. We do not accept returns delivered in person. By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. At Resources for Teaching we operate a policy of a 14 day withdrawal from the purchase of an item. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg: PDF Teaching resources) where the item has been downloaded or sent on a CD. The 14 day 'cooling-off' period from receipt of your goods applies forwhatever reason you are
unhappy with your purchase. Simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will refund the purchase price. Return postage costs are at your expense and we advise using a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance. By 'original condition' we mean in 'as new condition'; with all packaging intact; all leaflets, instructions and brochures as supplied. Items sent in error and damaged or defective goods If items purchased from us have been sent in error, or are damaged or defective, you can return them to us for a refund or replacement. We will reimburse return postage costs at the value of Royal Mail 1st Class postage. You will need to ensure that you obtain a proof of purchase from the dispatching post office. We can not accept responsibility for the safe return of goods in transit to us. Therefore it is
advisable that a proof of postage is obtained, should the goods fail to reach us, this will aid in any claim you may wish to make with your chosen courier/postal service. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and the items being returned. Returns for orders from outside of the UK
We are bound by the Distance Selling Regulations - For more information on your right to
