School Accounts
School accounts are available to all UK based education establishments both in the public and private sector.
There is a £5 minimum order value.
Terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice
Items remain the property of Resources for Teaching and Learning Limted until paid for.
How do I set up a School Account?
1. Place your order as normal via our website
2. Go to the Basket.
3. Select your delivery method -
4. Select Checkout
5. Enter your school details and contact details (email and telephone number must be
assocaited with your school)
6. Enter your official School purchase order number into the box titled 'Discount Code' *
7. Select School Purchase Order as your payment option
8. We will email you a simple account form to complete which you need to update and send
back,
Once the account is in place, you can simply continue to order products via our website following steps 1 to 7.
Please note it is important that if you are placing an official school order you will need to provide the full postal address of the school including postcode, a contact name plus the school order number/reference.
This information will ensure your order is sent to the correct place and the invoice is suitable for school auditing procedures.
If no order number is given we will contact the school to obtain a reference to ensure the order has been placed by an authorised member of staff.
Credit terms are only offered to UK educational establishments, orders are welcome from other establishments in other countries but will only be on a proforma basis -
we do not offer credit accounts to any establishments outside the UK.
* The discount code option is only used to capture your school purchase order number and not for any additional discounts.
